Absolutely wonderful experience. I've had massages in many places in town, and this was the one of the best. Nui was excellent. Will definitely be back. P.s. the scalp massage was worth every penny.

I took my daughter as a Christmas gift and she LOVED it. We did the Japanese head spa treatment and let me tell you, Barinda is bringing a different type of relaxation and culture to us! This service would also be very beneficial to anyone struggling with scalp issues and hair growth. Check them out

Excellent experience. So relaxing and thorough with a scalp analysis included. Staff was very kind and friendly. All Aveda products as well & provided me with a hot tea and full access to styling tools and products to finish.

I just had the most incredible experience at this spa and it was so personal and catered to me. They went absolutely above and beyond. I had an appointment scheduled for this Saturday and called them today (Friday) morning to see if they would allow me to switch my appointment today as my Aunt just passed from cancer yesterday and Ive been too devastated to do much. The manager who I believe may be named Lauren went above and beyond in getting me in today with Mo who was incredible. They provided me a very tender and understanding service and it was exactly what I needed. I had the Japanese head spa with the Aveda product line on the Yume bed and it was such a warm and cozy environment and Mo did an incredible job. As a customer I have never felt so heard and treated so well. If anyone in Louisville deserves business it is absolutely them. Take care of them this season you all. Like they care for their customers. 💖🫶

This was the absolute best experience! From the moment you walk in you feel welcome, I had that privilege of seeing nid jurenee and she was a literal angel, welcoming, sweet, attentive, just all around amazing. I did the hair spa and it was nothing less than Amazing! So relaxing the entire process will have you dreaming to go back again soon. Birthday in 6 months yep count me in lol ! loved, Loved, everything from start to finish! Highly recommend this place I think you'll love it as much as I did 😊

Had a girls day with my friend and we did the custom massage with Nid and Nui. They were so sweet and made us feel so comfortable while we settled in. The massage beds were heated and the massage was one of the best ones I’ve had in awhile. We left feeling so relaxed and so happy! Highly recommend to everyone and will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

I had one of the most wonderful experiences ever. Although it was my first time, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The lovely lady, Nui, was absolutely amazing and had the sweetest smile the whole time. Moving on to the head spa, the service was fantastic—so soothing and incredibly relaxing. I genuinely enjoyed every single detail. I will definitely be coming back and becoming a regular customer at your spa.🌸

I had two spa experiences at Lalai Day Spa! I am new to the area and newly pregnant with my first child. So just as I hit 20 weeks I scheduled my first prenatal massage! It was incredible and I’m already looking forward to going back! Very professional care and nice facility! I also had the head massage on the Thai bed. It was enjoyable and actually the 2nd one I’ve ever had. It varied a lot from the previous one I had elsewhere but was still great. The only thing was I felt the massage part was only super great when they used the electric head massager. When the workers fingers were used in the washing and most of the rounds of treatments it wasn’t as hard of pressure and didn’t feel as relaxing. It felt more like going through the motions of washing your hair, which I get they have to follow their system but I just couldn’t get to ultimate relaxation. I also made the mistake of doing the full flat bed and I think I was uncomfortable due to my pregnancy which is totally on me. So if I go back for another of those I will do it in the recliner type of chair instead. Every employee I encountered was super welcoming and nice! Definitely recommend this spa! Prices are great too!

My massage therapist, Fone Weerawan, does an exceptional job every time. She has a strong understanding of how the body works and how to properly address areas that hold tension. She takes her time and focuses on the muscles that need the most attention, and you can actually feel the tightness begin to release during the session. I consistently leave my appointments feeling lighter, more relaxed, and physically better than when I arrived. Another service I appreciate is the reflexology for my hands and feet, which adds an extra level of relaxation and care to the overall experience. Equally important, Fone takes the time after each session to explain what she noticed while working on my muscles. She will point out where the tension was and help you better understand what your body may be responding to. That level of communication and attentiveness shows that she truly cares about her clients’ wellness. I would also like to recognize Ms. Pierce, the owner, for creating such a welcoming and professional space. She is always kind, respectful, and attentive to clients, and it is clear that she takes pride in maintaining a business where people feel comfortable and valued. An added benefit is that they accept my FSA card for medical massages, which makes it easier for me to prioritize treatments that support my health and well-being. Self-care is an important part of maintaining both physical and mental health, and my visits to Lalai Day Spa are something I genuinely look forward to each month.
